Music theatre / opera for kids 6-8 about a ZOO in distress, all kinds of monkey business - and how the animals save the day!
Eva has her own zoo and spoils her animals quite a bit. She massages their feet, rubs their backs, even peels the peanuts for them. The animals are very lazy and sleep most of the day, how boring! There are no visitors and the mayor of the city sends Eva a letter, notifying her of its closure tomorrow. Eva tries to think of new ways to make money, make a commercial, rent her animals to a Circus. But they're too lazy…
At night a demolition team appears at the Zoo. All animals are protesting but to no avail, they are arrested by the police.
Will they be able to escape and help Eva to keep her zoo?

This show needs some preparation in school. The kids are invited to make a drawing of the Fantasy Animal, inspired by the Fantasy Animal Music. And to sing along with the finale song! Mp3's and the piano score of the song are part of the educational package

Eva ist affenstolz auf ihren Tierpark! Sie liebt alle Tiere und sie lieben Eva. Es gibt nur ein großes Problem. Weil Evadie Tiere so verwöhnt - sie schält sogar die Nüsse für ihre Affen - sind sie faul und gelangweilt. Das gefällt den Besuchern natürlich nicht. Die möchten sehen, wie die Tiere spielen und Unfug treiben! Als Eva erfährt, dass der Zoo schließen muss, weil niemand diese langweiligen Tiere sehen will, ist sie verzweifelt! Aber sobald die Tiere verstehen was da passieren soll, kommen sie in Bewegung - sie schließen sich zu einer großen Tierbande zusammen! Eva und ihre musikalischen Freunde geben nicht auf und nutzen ihre ganze Phantasie, um den Zoo zu retten...
